Shipping Methods & Time

• Collection - Ready to collect within 2 to 4 working days between 9am and 5pm
• Standard Delivery - All items ordered will be processed and delivered within 7-10 working days, between 8am + 5pm for main centres (CPT, JHB, PTA).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed on the emailed quote.
• A standard delivery fee of R100 will apply to main centres within South Africa (CPT, JHB, PTA).
• Shipping rates quoted are based on the information you have supplied.
• Other shipping charges may apply and your final shipping charge may differ depending upon the delivery address and size of the package.

If the original artwork doesn't satisfy you entirely, you have business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days of we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the orignial packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds will not be offered in the following cases:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more that 30 days after delivery.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
